1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Aulinq platform, services, API gateways, and cognitive assistant widgets, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use the services.
2. Service Scope and Accounts
We provide tools to create, ground, and host cognitive AI assistants. You are responsible for: maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account API tokens; all data and content uploaded to the service (such as PDFs, URLs, and text guidelines); and ensuring your integration scripts, webhooks, and database queries do not violate local or international laws.
3. Usage Restrictions
You agree not to use the platform to: engage in illegal activities, support spam networks, or propagate malicious software; attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the NATS event bus, billing systems, or other internal microservices; or exceed the limits of your selected pricing tier without purchasing additional volume credits.
4. Billing and Pricing
Aulinq charges for services based on your selected monthly or annual pricing plan. Credits, holds, and limits are managed by our internal `billing-service` and synced with an oracle pricing system. Payments are processed securely, and all plan changes apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. While we strive to maintain high availability for our microservices and message queues, we do not guarantee that the AI response loops will be error-free or uninterrupted.
